Sona Movsesian
Sona Movsesian began her career as an assistant to Conan O'Brien on his late-night program, Conan, where she made several memorable appearances. Among her standout moments were a hilarious segment where she binge-watched 58 episodes of Friends during work hours, a last-minute interview in place of Kumail Nanjiani, and a memorable trip to Armenia with Conan featured in the series Conan Without Borders.
Since 2018, Movsesian has co-hosted the popular podcast Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend alongside O'Brien and Matt Gourley, where they engage in entertaining conversations that highlight her unique perspective and humor. In 2022, she published her debut book, The World's Worst Assistant, which chronicles her experiences working with O'Brien and humorously reflects on her journey to earning the title of "The World's Worst Assistant."
