Maya Ali

Maryam Tanveer Ali, widely recognized by her stage name Maya Ali (Urdu: مایا علی‎), was born on July 27, 1989, and has established herself as a prominent Pakistani actress. Known for her compelling performances in both television dramas and high-profile films, Maya is celebrated as one of the most beloved actresses in Pakistan, having received one Lux Style Award from four nominations.

Maya began her professional journey in 2012 as a video jockey, showcasing her talent on various television platforms such as Samaa and Dunya. She made her acting debut in the telenovela Durr-e-Shehwar and quickly garnered attention for her leading roles in the dramas Aik Nayee Cinderella and Aun Zara, both released in 2012. Her portrayal of a defiant wife in the thriller Zid (2014) further solidified her reputation, and she received acclaim for her characters in Mera Naam Yousuf Hai (2015) and Diyar-e-Dil (2015). Her role in the tragic romance Mann Mayal (2016) earned her a Lux Style Award for Best Television Actress.
