Darbha Appaji Ambarisha, a talented digital media expert who transitioned into acting, was born in 1965 in the serene town of Samalkot, located in Andhra Pradesh's East Godavari district. He is the son of Mr. Ramsha Darbha and Mrs. Siriesha Darbha, both of whom were amateur actors and co-founders of the widely-read magazine 'Abhisarika.' Embarking on his professional journey early in life, Ambarisha made significant contributions to the advertising and digital media sectors, where he explored innovative technologies in printing and publishing over a remarkable career that spans more than 35 years. His expertise in graphic design is particularly noted for the creation of various Unicode fonts tailored for modern software applications in Telugu and Kannada, primarily for Google, and he has worked with prominent advertising agencies across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.

In 2011, he decided to pursue his long-held passion for acting, beginning with a role as the father in a commercial for 'Priya Foods-Snack Magic.' His acting journey advanced into short films, where he gained recognition for his leading role in the acclaimed 'Apparao Gari Abbayi.' Ambarisha has since appeared in several well-received projects, including short films like 'Aa Nishi Lo' and 'Apparao Gari Pichi.'
