Sten Karpov

Sten Karpov, born on July 2, 1984, in Võru, Estonia, is a talented actor known for his impactful performances in theater and film. He completed his secondary education at Võru Kreutzwald High School in 2003 before pursuing a degree in acting at the Viljandi Academy of Culture, part of the University of Tartu, where he studied from 2003 to 2007 under the guidance of esteemed instructor Kalju Komissarov.

Karpov's professional career commenced at the Endla Theater in Pärnu, where he showcased his versatility as an actor from 2007 until 2014. His journey continued at the Vanemuine theater from 2014 to 2016, where he further honed his craft. In 2016, he returned to the Endla Theater, contributing to its rich tradition of performance.

In addition to his theater work, Karpov has made notable appearances in productions at the Estonian Drama Theater and has participated in various musical projects, including the well-known production "Fame."
