Nathan Greno

Nathan Greno, a talented director and writer, is widely recognized for his role as co-director of the hit animated film, Tangled (2010).

From a young age, Greno was captivated by comic books and animated shows, often spending his time drawing on any available surface in an effort to emulate his animation heroes. In the late 1980s, he took his passion to the professional realm by joining the Walt Disney Company as an animator.

Starting his journey at Disney as a clean-up artist, Greno quickly showcased his talent and moved on to storyboarding for the animated feature Brother Bear (2003). In addition to storyboarding, he lent his voice to several characters in films, including Chicken Little (2005), Meet the Robinsons (2007), and Bolt (2008). His remarkable trajectory culminated in him stepping into the director's role for Disney's 50th animated feature, Tangled, where he made a significant impact in the animation industry.

Greno’s career reflects a deep commitment to storytelling and animation, inspired by his childhood passions and honed through years of experience in various roles within the Disney framework.
