Anna Polívková

Anna Polívková, the daughter of esteemed actor Bolka Polívka and actress Evelyna Steimarová, is a prominent figure among the emerging talents of her generation. After completing her studies at the Prague State Conservatory, she furthered her education in nonverbal theater at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (HAMU). In 1999, she took a significant step in her career by traveling to Paris to study at the International School of Movement Theatre.

Polívková gained recognition in the film industry with her role in Julius Ševčík's film "RESTART," marking her first substantial appearance on screen. Her breakthrough came in 2000 when she starred as Jolana in the popular film "ÚČASTNÍCI ZÁJEZDU," which showcased her acting prowess and earned her a wider audience. Currently, she captivates viewers in the television series "ORDINACE V RŮŽOVÉ ZAHRADĚ," where her performances continue to resonate with fans.
