Steve Hay is a versatile Scottish actor and voice artist based in Oxford, living a unique life aboard a boat. He currently serves as the 360-degree virtual reality guide at the famed Glenfiddich distillery and lends his voice to the £16 million wooden roller coaster attraction, The Wickerman, at Alton Towers.

His recent television appearances include the acclaimed series Outlander, alongside his voice work in feature films such as Josie Rourke’s Mary Queen of Scots, Justin Kurzel’s Macbeth, and Jason Connery’s Tommy's Honour. He has also contributed his vocal talents to the TV series In Plain Sight.

On the stage, Steve showcased his talent in a bilingual production of Macbeth at Kyrgyzstan’s national theatre and performed in Tomorrow Never Knows in Lodz, Poland. He also appeared in Too Long The Heart for Siege Perilous in Edinburgh. He has portrayed JM Barrie in The Mythmakers in both London's West End and New York, and has appeared in music videos for bands like Candy Says and The Long Insiders.
