Peri Gilpin
Peri Gilpin, born Peri Kay Oldham on May 27, 1961, is a talented American actress celebrated for her memorable performances in television. She gained widespread recognition for her portrayal of Roz Doyle on the acclaimed sitcom Frasier, a series that aired from 1993 to 2004. A spin-off of Cheers, Frasier starred Kelsey Grammer as Frasier Crane, and during her time on the show, Gilpin and her fellow cast members were honored with a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series in 1999.
In 2009, she took on the role of Kim Keeler in the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It, earning a Gracie Award for Outstanding Female Actor in a Supporting Role in a Drama Series. Gilpin also collaborated with her Frasier co-star Jane Leeves to establish a production company named Bristol Cities, which produced various projects, including a pilot for Fox titled Minister of Divine.
Beyond live-action roles, Gilpin has lent her voice to numerous animated characters, including Jane Proudfoot in Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within, Desiree in Nickelodeon's Danny Phantom, and Volcana in both Superman: The Animated Series and Justice League. She had recurring roles in Men at Work on TBS and appeared as Katherine Cooper in the second season of Scorpion. Gilpin is set to reprise her iconic role as Roz in the upcoming revival of Frasier, continuing her legacy in television.
