Francesco Daniele Quinn (March 22, 1963 – August 5, 2011) was an American actor of Italian heritage. He was the eldest son of Oscar-winning actor Anthony Quinn and his second wife, Iolanda Addolori. Francesco gained significant recognition for his pivotal performance as Rhah in the acclaimed film Platoon, directed by Oliver Stone, which won several Academy Awards in 1986. Prior to his success in film, he made his mark in television with a prominent role in the 1985 miniseries Quo Vadis?, which aired during prime time.
In his later career, he lent his voice to the character Autobot Dino, also known as Mirage, in the film Transformers: Dark of the Moon, which marked his final acting contribution.
