Owen Kline
Owen Kline is a New York City-based American filmmaker, recognized for his work as a director, screenwriter, and actor. He gained attention for his short film *Jazzy for Joe*, which featured the iconic broadcaster Joe Franklin in a rare comedic role alongside a young orphaned child. Before that, he showcased his talent with *Fowl Play*, a comedy set in Queens that explores the lives of low-budget aspiring cockfighters and their beloved chickens. This film was showcased on Le Cinéma Club in 2017 as part of a special program curated by the acclaimed Safdie brothers.
