June Wilkinson, born on March 27, 1940, in Essex, England, is a prominent figure in the entertainment industry known for her captivating beauty and dynamic career. Initially trained in dance at the Sussex School of Dancing with aspirations of becoming a ballerina, she began performing at the age of 12. By 15, she ventured into topless dancing and joined the iconic Windmill Theatre in London as a fan dancer in 1957. Her striking presence caught the eye of Hugh Hefner, leading to her debut in Playboy magazine in September 1958, where he affectionately dubbed her "The Bosom." This moniker accompanied her transformation from brunette to platinum blonde in 1960.

Wilkinson's film career began with minor roles in films such as Thunder in the Sun (1959) and Mr. Tease and His Playthings (1959). She gained more recognition in Career Girl (1960), depicting a young woman’s struggles in Hollywood. Her appearances in cult classics like The Private Lives of Adam and Eve (1960) and Macumba Love (1960) established her as a notable actress, albeit primarily in genre films.

Throughout the 1960s and 1970s, June remained a sought-after performer in nightclubs and theaters, shining in productions like "Pajama Tops," which she frequently reprised, including a stint on Broadway in 1963. She also made memorable television appearances, notably as Evilina in "Batman." In 1972, she married NFL quarterback Dan Pastorini, with whom she had a daughter before their divorce.

In her later years, June transitioned into business, successfully managing fitness centers in Canada and hosting the cable show "The Directors." She even participated in a historical fashion show titled "Glamour's First 5000 Years" and made a rare film appearance in the low-budget western Three Bad Men (2005).
