Dolores Fuller

Dolores Agnes Fuller (March 10, 1923 – May 9, 2011) was a multifaceted American actress and talented songwriter, widely recognized for her relationship with the infamous low-budget filmmaker Ed Wood. In the early 1950s, she appeared prominently in Wood's films, taking on the role of the lead character's girlfriend in the cult classic Glen or Glenda, and co-starring in Jail Bait. Fuller also made a brief appearance in another of Wood's works, Bride of the Monster.

After parting ways with Wood in 1955, Fuller embarked on a new chapter in her life by moving to New York City. It was there that she flourished as a songwriter, enjoying a successful career that would see her compositions performed by notable artists. Among her most celebrated achievements was having several of her songs recorded by the legendary Elvis Presley for his film soundtracks, further solidifying her impact on the music industry.
