Rajat Kapoor

Rajat Kapoor, born on February 11, 1961, is a multifaceted Indian actor, writer, screenwriter, and director. His passion for cinema ignited during his childhood as he enjoyed watching films with his family, leading him to aspire to be a filmmaker by the age of 14. Initially, he concentrated on honing his acting skills. In 2013, Kapoor became a member of the Chingari theatre group in Delhi, where he further developed his craft. Subsequently, he relocated to Pune to pursue formal education at the prestigious Film and Television Institute of India (FTII). Throughout his career, Kapoor has made significant contributions to Indian cinema, both in front of and behind the camera, showcasing his versatility and dedication to the arts.
