Kevin Light

Kevin Light, who grew up in Woodstock, New York, has called the West Coast home for the past two decades. His journey began at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado, but he ultimately transitioned to Gainesville, Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. After graduating, he joined Hughes Aircraft, which led him to California. While working there and pursuing a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Southern California, he felt an undeniable calling to explore a different path—acting.

His fortunes changed when he studied under the esteemed Sanford Meisner, a co-founder of the Group Theater and a respected acting coach. This pivotal experience opened doors for Kevin, leading him to various roles in both television and film.

Despite his success in acting, Kevin discovered a profound connection to yoga, prompting him to delve deeper into this ancient practice. He eventually became a teacher, melding his passion for yoga with his love for the arts, architecture, and Eastern spirituality. This rich tapestry of experiences has significantly influenced his approach to acting.

In addition to his artistic pursuits, Kevin is the founder of Bhakti Ware, a yoga clothing line that reflects his dedication to wellness and creative self-expression. His diverse journey continues to inspire those around him, showcasing the harmonious blend of mind, body, and artistry.
