Shinnosuke Mitsushima (満島 真之介, Mitsushima Shinnosuke), born on May 30, 1989, is a prominent Japanese actor known for his dynamic performances across film and television. He completed his education at Okinawa Prefecture Koza High School before moving to Tokyo to pursue a career in the arts. Initially, he worked as an after-school childcare worker and later served as a production director for the film *Be Sure to Share*.

Mitsushima hails from a talented family; his older sister, Hikari Mitsushima, is a former member of the musical group Folder and a successful actress, while his younger sister, Minami Mitsushima, is a noted model. His brother, Kotaro Mitsushima, plays basketball for Rizing Zephyr Fukuoka in the Japan Basketball League.

After spending two years in Tokyo, Mitsushima embarked on a transformative seven-month cycling journey across Japan in 2009. This experience inspired him to pursue acting, realizing the impact his sister had on her audience. He joined her agency in December of that year.

His acting career launched in 2010 with a role in *Osorubeki Oya-tachi*, where he portrayed the love interest of Tomoko Nakajima's character. He garnered further recognition for his lead role in the film *Zoku Ittara Jinsei Kawatta www*, released on November 9, 2013. In 2016, he expanded his repertoire by voicing Satoru Fujinuma in the acclaimed animated series *Erased*. Mitsushima married Hikari's manager at the end of 2014, further intertwining his personal and professional life.
