Following her departure from the popular group BiSH in June 2023, Aina has fully embraced her role as a solo artist.
In 2022, she captivated audiences with her portrayal of Janis Joplin in the inaugural Japanese adaptation of the Broadway musical "Janis," earning acclaim for her powerful performance. Aina made her cinematic debut in October 2023, starring in "Kirie no Uta," directed by Shunji Iwai.
