Natsumi Hioka (日岡 なつみ, Hioka Natsumi), born on July 15, 1991, in Sapporo, Hokkaido, is a prominent Japanese voice actress affiliated with Production Baobab. Her journey into the world of voice acting began during her high school years after being captivated by a late-night anime. This newfound passion led her to pursue formal training at Tokyo Announce Gakuin College, despite initial skepticism from her parents, who ultimately agreed to support her on the condition of tangible success.

During her formative years, Natsumi developed a love for various anime series, particularly "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya," "Macross F," and "Eden of the East." Influenced by her favorite voice actors, Ryohei Kimura and Saori Hayami, her commitment to the craft deepened.
