Marisé Álvarez

Marisé Álvarez is a talented actress and comedian hailing from Puerto Rico, recognized as a foundational member of the Teatro Breve collective. She embarked on her artistic journey at a young age, honing her craft in drama at the University of Puerto Rico before advancing her studies with a master's degree in theater at the University of Manchester.

Álvarez made her cinematic debut in 2007 with the film "Maldeamores," which was produced by the acclaimed Benicio Del Toro. The following year marked her entry into television with performances in "Che – The Argentine" and its sequel, "Che: Guerrilla." Her career has been characterized by a diverse array of roles in both Spanish and English-language productions, showcasing her versatility as an actress.
