Bebe Rexha
Bleta Rexha, more commonly known as Bebe Rexha, was born on August 30, 1989. She is a talented American pop singer and songwriter who has made significant strides in the music industry. In 2013, she signed with Warner Records, where she began to gain recognition as a songwriter, contributing to Eminem’s hit single "The Monster," which won a Grammy Award for Best Rap/Sung Performance. Additionally, she has penned songs for artists such as Shinee, Selena Gomez, and Nick Jonas.
Rexha introduced her first extended play, I Don’t Wanna Grow Up, in 2015, which included moderately successful singles like "I Can’t Stop Drinking About You" and "I’m Gonna Show You Crazy." In 2017, she released two more extended plays, titled All Your Fault: Pt. 1 and All Your Fault: Pt. 2, featuring hits such as "I Got You" and "The Way I Are (Dance with Somebody)."
Her collaborative efforts have also brought her considerable fame, with notable tracks including "Hey Mama" alongside David Guetta, Nicki Minaj, and Afrojack, as well as "Me, Myself & I" with G-Eazy. The song "Meant to Be," a collaboration with Florida Georgia Line, achieved remarkable success, reaching number two on the Billboard Hot 100. In 2018, Rexha released her debut studio album, Expectations, which peaked at number 13 on the Billboard 200 and included the popular single "I’m a Mess." This success earned her nominations at the 61st Grammy Awards. She followed up with her second studio album, Better Mistakes, in 2021.
