James Parks
James Jean Parks, born on November 16, 1968, is a talented American actor known for his dynamic performances in various films and television series. Raised in Ventura County, California, Parks has carved out a niche for himself in the realm of genre cinema.
He is perhaps best recognized for his portrayal of Texas Ranger Edgar McGraw in *From Dusk Till Dawn 2: Texas Blood Money*, and has appeared in notable Quentin Tarantino films such as *Kill Bill: Volume 1*, *Kill Bill: Volume 2*, *Death Proof*, and *Machete*. Interestingly, his character Edgar McGraw’s father, Earl McGraw, is played by his real-life father, Michael Parks, which adds a unique familial connection to their work. In addition to his collaborations with Tarantino, Parks starred as Deputy Gilber in the French horror film *Rubber* and appeared alongside his father again in Kevin Smith's 2011 horror film *Red State*.
