Michael Faulkner

Michael Faulkner is a multifaceted actor celebrated for his work in improv, sketch comedy, and Shakespearean performances. With a rich career that spans regional theaters across the United States and international tours with the renowned sketch group "The Reduced Shakespeare Company," he has made a significant mark in the performing arts. A proud alumnus of the Second City Training Center, Michael has also graced stages in Los Angeles, including the Getty Villa with the Troubador Theater Company, as well as venues like IOWest, UCB, and the Comedy Central Stage. He frequently lends his voice to narrate shows at the Samuel Oschin Planetarium located in Griffith Observatory.

Michael’s journey in professional theater began at just 14 years old with Shakespeare Santa Cruz, where he honed his craft by portraying various Shakespearean clowns in esteemed theaters throughout California. In addition to his theatrical endeavors, he has found success in commercial acting, appearing in memorable campaigns for Volkswagen and Lexus, and sharing the screen with sports icons like ARod and Nomar Garciaparra on Amtrak.

Beyond acting, Michael is also a talented musician, performing classic American songs as part of the duo "Mike and Mandy." His musical background includes being the frontman of a ska band and serving as a drummer for two acid jazz and funk ensembles, showcasing his diverse artistic talents.
