Eva Koldits
Eva Koldits, originally named Eva Klemets, was born on February 14, 1977, and has established herself as a prominent Estonian actress and director. She completed her education at Kehra Middle School in 1995 and pursued a degree in Estonian philology at Tallinn Pedagogical University from 1996 to 1999. Koldits further honed her craft by studying directing at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, where she graduated with a master's degree in 2006.
Koldits began her professional journey in the arts at Tallinn Music High School from 1998 to 1999. She then took on directing roles at the Tallinn City Theater from 2004 to 2006 before moving to Vanemuine, where she worked as both an actress and director from 2007 to 2010. From 2010 to 2018, she contributed to Theater NO99 as an actor and director.
Throughout her career, Koldits has received recognition for her work, with productions such as "Et kogien mind valvaks" (2004) and "Sugrierror.com" (2011) nominated for special awards at the Estonian Theater Annual Awards. Her 2014 production "Tokerjad" was nominated for best director, and she was also nominated for best supporting actress in 2013 for her performance in "Suur ogimine" at Teater NO99. Since 2006, she has been an active member of the Estonian Directors' Union.
