Russell Wayne Harvard, born on April 16, 1981, is an accomplished American actor. He made his debut in feature films with Paul Thomas Anderson’s critically acclaimed work, There Will Be Blood, released in 2007, where he starred alongside Daniel Day-Lewis as H.W. Plainview, the character's adopted son.

In 2010, Harvard took on the role of Matt Hamill in the biographical film The Hammer, which highlighted the life of the deaf NCAA champion wrestler and UFC fighter. His stage work also garnered significant recognition; in 2012, he received praise for his performance in Nina Raine's Tribes, where he played Billy, a deaf son in a complex, dysfunctional British family.
