Casey Patrick Biggs (born April 4, 1955) is a distinguished American actor, widely recognized for his compelling portrayal of Damar, a pivotal Cardassian character in the acclaimed series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Hailing from Toledo, Ohio, Biggs experienced a challenging upbringing as a foster child, which shaped his artistic ambitions. He graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1973 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the prestigious Juilliard School in 1977, further honing his craft at the Toledo Repertory Theatre.

Biggs boasts an impressive career, featuring over eighty roles across film, television, and theater. His work in Deep Space Nine stands out, where Damar's character arc transformed from a minor role to a key leader of the Cardassian Union. Beyond Star Trek, he has appeared in notable television series such as Ryan’s Hope, General Hospital, The X-Files, and Person of Interest. His film credits include The Pelican Brief, Broken Arrow, and Dragonfly.
