Gregory Richard "Greg" Apps, born in 1955, is a notable Australian casting consultant and actor renowned for his impactful contributions to the film industry. He played a pivotal role in launching the careers of prominent actors such as Russell Crowe, Guy Pearce, Eric Bana, Sam Worthington, and Hugo Weaving, casting them in roles that garnered them substantial public acclaim.
Apps' educational journey took him through Newington College, where he studied from 1967 to 1973.
