Andy On Chi-Kit (Cantonese: 安志傑), born on May 11, 1977, in Providence, Rhode Island, is a Chinese-American actor and martial artist.

Originally named Andy Tien, he grew up idolizing Jackie Chan, often performing backflips and experimenting with martial arts in his backyard. While working as a bartender, he received advice to travel to Hong Kong to pursue a film career. This decision led to his discovery by producers Charles Heung and Tsui Hark, who renamed him "On Chi-Kit." Andy gained notable recognition for his lead role in "Black Mask 2: City of Masks." To prepare for this role, he spent a month training in wushu at the Shaolin Temple. In addition to wushu, Andy practices kickboxing and Wing Chun Kung Fu, guided by his friend and fellow actor Philip Ng.

On a personal note, Andy is married to Jessica Cambensy, whom he met while filming "Zombie Fight Club." The couple shares two children: a daughter named Tessa and a son named Elvis.
