Zoe Grisedale
Zoë Grisedale established Grisedale Sherry Productions in 2017, inspired by her frustrations with the portrayal of women in a predominantly male film industry. Drawing from her diverse background in stand-up comedy, punk drumming, and feminist activism, she carved a unique path into filmmaking. With over a decade of experience as an actor and model, Zoë is committed to promoting gender equality both in front of and behind the camera.
Her directorial talents extend to both theatre and film, showcasing her versatility as a creator. Currently, she is in the production phase of her debut feature film, "Nice Girls Don't..." which reflects her dedication to authentic storytelling. Zoë holds a BA Hons. degree in Politics with Drama from Kingston University, further enriching her understanding of the narratives she wishes to explore.
Through her work, Zoë aims to challenge traditional narratives and empower women in the entertainment industry, striving to create a more inclusive and representative cinematic landscape. Her passion for storytelling and activism continues to drive her projects, as she seeks to inspire change and foster new opportunities for underrepresented voices in film.
