Vitaa

Charlotte Gonin, better known by her stage name Vitaa, is a prominent French singer-songwriter born on March 14, 1983. Her musical journey began when DJ Kost introduced her to the scene, leading to her first notable collaboration with Dadoo on the duet "Pas à pas" ('Step by Step'), which was also the moment she adopted the name Vitaa.

Throughout her career, Vitaa has made significant contributions to the hip hop and R&B genres, working alongside renowned artists such as Diam's and Pit Baccardi on the track "Oublie." Her first solo venture came with the album Première classe RnB, featuring the heartfelt song "Ma sœur" ('My Sister'). Vitaa continued to thrive in the collaborative space with successful duets, including "Sur ta route" with Dadoo and "Mytho" alongside Mafia K'1 Fry. Her partnership with Diam's on "Confessions Nocturnes" marked a turning point, elevating her visibility in the French music landscape.

Vitaa's discography expanded further with tracks like "Peur d'aimer" ('Fear of Loving') featuring Nessbeal and "Ne dis jamais" ('Never Say') with Sinik. As the inaugural artist signed to Motown France, she released her debut solo album, A fleur de toi, on February 5, 2007, which soared to the top of the French charts. Notably, she also had the honor of opening for Rihanna during her Last Girl on Earth tour in Paris, cementing her status in the music industry.
