Ingrid Jungermann
Ingrid Jungermann is a talented filmmaker and writer recognized for her innovative contributions to independent cinema. She gained prominence as the co-creator of the web series THE SLOPE and as the mastermind behind the WGA-nominated series F TO 7TH. Her distinctive voice in the industry earned her a spot on Filmmaker Magazine’s list of the 25 Faces of Independent Film, as well as recognition in Out Magazine's 100 People of the Year.
In 2016, Ingrid made her mark in feature filmmaking with WOMEN WHO KILL, which premiered in competition at the Tribeca Film Festival. The film, a product of Tribeca All Access and IFP Emerging Narrative, garnered critical acclaim, leading her to win the Jury Award for Best Screenplay. Her exceptional talent did not go unnoticed, as she received nominations for both the Independent Spirit Someone To Watch Award and the Best First Screenplay Award. Additionally, she was honored as a Sundance FilmTwo fellow, further solidifying her status in the film community.
Ingrid holds an MFA in Directing from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where she honed her craft and developed her unique storytelling style. With a growing portfolio and numerous accolades, she continues to be a dynamic force in the world of independent film.
