Jamie Neumann is a talented actress, writer, and director hailing from New Orleans, Louisiana. With a strong foundation in the performing arts, she honed her skills in ballet, tap, and jazz at the Giacobbe Academy of Dance and Delta Festival Ballet. Furthering her artistic education, she studied musical theatre at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and is an esteemed alumna of the T. Schreiber Studio.
In addition to her acting prowess, Jamie made her mark in the music scene as the original drummer for Brooklyn's shoegaze band, Desert Stars, showcasing her versatility as an artist. She is also a dedicated member of the High and Mighty Brass Band, contributing her talents to the vibrant music culture.
Jamie is not only a performer but also a creative force behind the scenes. She co-founded Drowning In Blue, a production company and artist collective, where she serves as a resident writer, fostering innovative projects in the arts. Proudly identifying as tri-coastal, Jamie embraces the influences of the East Coast, West Coast, and Gulf Coast in her work, blending diverse experiences and perspectives.
