Sriimurali
Sriimurali is a prominent Indian actor celebrated for his contributions to Kannada cinema. He embarked on his acting journey in 2003 with his debut in the film "Chandra Chakori." His breakthrough came with the film "Kanti," where he played the lead role, earning him the Karnataka State Film Award for Best Actor, a testament to his talent and dedication.
Over the years, Sriimurali has featured in more than ten Kannada films, along with a film each in Telugu and Malayalam. Although many of these projects did not achieve commercial success, his performance in the 2014 Kannada film "Ugramm" marked a turning point in his career, garnering critical acclaim and becoming a significant box office hit.
Born into a film-oriented family, Sriimurali is the son of producer S. A. Chinne Gowda and the brother of actor Vijay Raghavendra. He is related to renowned actor Rajkumar, with cousins including prominent actors Shiva Rajkumar and Puneeth Rajkumar, further cementing his ties to the industry.
On a personal note, Sriimurali married Vidya, the daughter of a hotelier, on May 11, 2008. The couple is blessed with two children, a son and a daughter, balancing their family life alongside Sriimurali's flourishing career in the film industry.
