Asser Ashraf Fouad Yassin is a prominent Egyptian actor, writer, and film producer known for his impactful performances. He has received multiple awards for Best Actor throughout his career. Yassin's journey in the entertainment industry began at the American University in Cairo, where he was discovered by director Khairy Beshara. His television debut came in 2006 with the series "Qalb Habiba," and he gained further recognition with his role in the hit film "The Yacoubian Building" in 2007.

In 2008, Yassin starred in "Zay El Naharda," where he garnered acclaim for his portrayal of a drug addict in a supporting role. That same year, he took on a leading part in "El Waad," also known as "The Promise," sharing the screen with the esteemed veteran actor Mahmoud Yassin. His career continued to flourish, and in 2010, he starred in "Messages from the Sea," directed by Daoud Abdel Sayed.
