Kevin Spirtas

Kevin Blair Spirtas, born on July 29, 1962, in St. Louis, Missouri, is a talented American actor recognized primarily for his portrayal of Dr. Craig Wesley on the long-running soap opera, Days of Our Lives. Spirtas's career began on Broadway, where he showcased his talent as an understudy to Hugh Jackman in The Boy from Oz, before transitioning to film and television. Notably, he starred in the 1988 horror classic Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood. In 1995, he adopted the professional name "Kevin Spirtas," having previously been credited as "Kevin Blair."

In addition to his work on Days of Our Lives, Spirtas made a memorable return to daytime television as Jonas Chamberlain on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live in 2008. He comes from a family actively involved in their community; his mother, Sandra, is engaged in community politics, while his father, Arnold Spirtas, operates an environmental demolition business.
