Ella Rumpf, born on February 4, 1995, is a talented Swiss actress recognized for her captivating performances in both film and television. She gained widespread acclaim for her portrayal of Alexia in the 2016 horror drama *Raw*, which garnered the Sutherland Trophy at the BFI London Film Festival. Rumpf continued to showcase her acting prowess with notable roles in *Tiger Girl* (2017) and *The Divine Order* (2017), the latter being Switzerland's submission for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 90th Academy Awards.
Born in Paris and raised in Zurich, Rumpf is the daughter of a psychotherapist and a lecturer. Her journey into acting began at the age of 14 when she landed the lead role in a production of *Romeo and Juliet*. She made her film debut in 2011 with *Summer Outside*, directed by Friederike Jehn.
