Craig McRae

Craig McRae, a distinguished figure in Australian rules football, is renowned both for his impressive playing career and his current role as the head coach of the Collingwood Football Club. McRae, who was born on 18th September 1973, made a significant mark in the Australian Football League (AFL) during his tenure as a player.

Before transitioning into coaching, McRae showcased his talents on the field as a member of the Brisbane Lions, where he played from 1993 to 2005. Throughout his playing career, he was celebrated for his agility and skill, contributing to the team’s success, including being part of the Lions' premiership-winning side in 2001 and 2002.
