Belinda Anthea Stewart-Wilson, born on April 16, 1971, in Kensington, is a distinguished British actress renowned for her portrayal of Polly McKenzie in the acclaimed series The Inbetweeners. The youngest of three daughters to Lieutenant-Colonel Sir Blair Stewart-Wilson, a British Army officer, and Helen Mary Fox, she spent her childhood across various military postings in the UK, Germany, and Austria before her family established roots in London, where her father served as an Equerry to Queen Elizabeth II.
Stewart-Wilson's educational journey included St Mary's School, Calne, and Hurst Lodge School, culminating in a degree in classical acting from the prestigious Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London. Her career launched with a role in Shine on Harvey Moon, followed by guest appearances in the beloved sitcom Goodnight Sweetheart and Agatha Christie's Poirot adaptation, The Murder on the Links.
