Kim Da-mi (Korean: 김다미), born on April 9, 1995, is a prominent South Korean actress celebrated for her compelling performances in both film and television. She first gained significant recognition for her captivating portrayal of Koo Ja-yoon in the 2018 action-mystery film, *The Witch: Part 1. The Subversion*, directed by Park Hoon-jung. Her role in this film, which required her to navigate intense fight scenes, earned her critical acclaim and several newcomer awards, following a rigorous selection process where she was chosen from over 1,500 candidates. The film's success has led to plans for a sequel.

Prior to her breakout role, Kim made her acting debut in the independent film *Project With The Same Name* (2017), where she depicted a woman grappling with heartbreak. She also showcased her versatility in the 2018 mystery thriller *Marionette*, playing a high school student.
