Lisa Jane Persky
Lisa Jane Persky, born on May 5, 1955, in New York City, is a distinguished American actress recognized for her diverse roles in film and television. Raised in the vibrant Greenwich Village neighborhood, she honed her artistic talents at the High School of Art and Design.
Persky made her film debut as the daughter of Robert Duvall in the acclaimed drama The Great Santini. Her impressive career includes notable performances in films such as American Pop, The Big Easy, and the beloved romantic comedy When Harry Met Sally... She also appeared in Coneheads, KISS Meets the Phantom of the Park, and Peggy Sue Got Married, showcasing her versatility as an actress.
In addition to her acting, Persky ventured into writing during the 1970s, contributing to New York Rocker magazine, where she explored the music scene. She was previously in a relationship with Gary Valentine Lachman, the former bassist of Blondie.
