Mena Sodje, a talented Nigerian actress, has made a significant mark in the entertainment industry with her compelling performances. Born Linda Omena Sodje on March 18 in Delta State, Nigeria, she is the eldest of four siblings. Mena pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance at Delta State University, Abraka, before fully immersing herself in acting.

Her passion for the performing arts led her to the Royal Arts Academy Nigeria in 2014, where she honed her craft. Mena's career took off in 2015 with a small but memorable role as 'Oby' in the first season of the popular television series "Jenifa's Diary." Later that year, she showcased her talent as the lead character, Hope James, in the Royal Arts Academy student project "Spotlight," directed by Sunkanmi Adebayo. She also appeared as Nurse Ada in the second season of "Losing Control."

In 2017, Mena became known for her role as Pippa in the acclaimed Africamagic telenovela "Tinsel." Her commitment to growth led her to participate in various workshops, including a scholarship opportunity at the Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) 2016, which allowed her to study acting for film at La'cenifabrique University in Lyon, France.

After returning, she starred in Michael Gouken Omonua's short film "Loop Count," which was featured at the British Film Institute in London. Mena continued to impress audiences with roles in films such as "To Love Again," "Within Reach," and "Food Love or Both." Her breakthrough moment came in 2020 with her portrayal of the deeply emotional Queen Misan in "Riona."
