Michael W. Green, affectionately known as Moon Shyne, hails from Dallas, Texas, where he first ignited his passion for the performing arts at Franklin D. Roosevelt High School. It was during his time there that he captivated audiences as Ebenezer Scrooge in a Christmas production, setting the stage for a flourishing career in entertainment. Following graduation, Michael pursued his love for music, theater, and film, joining OLC Productions to hone his skills in modeling and acting.
His commitment to his craft led him to KD STUDIO, where he further refined his talents. Michael's impressive portfolio includes a National Magazine Fitness layout, various SAG commercials, and appearances in short and feature films. Notably, he performed in the heartfelt SAG film "Carter High," alongside stars such as Charles S. Dutton, Vivica Fox, and Pooch Hall.
As the founder of Mike GG Productions, LLC, he is dedicated to creating impactful films that resonate with urban communities. His film "Bruthas 321" secured a worldwide distribution deal and premiered on June 15, 2022, while his faith-based project, "Blind Confession," followed shortly after. Michael's recent works include "Love Thy Neighbor," released in May 2023, and the highly anticipated "Lady Thug," set for January 2024.
