Todd Williams III, born on September 11, 1977, in Queens, New York, is a talented American actor celebrated for his portrayal of Officer Isaac Joiner in the crime drama series The Chicago Code. His journey into acting began at Talent Unlimited High School, where he honed his craft. After graduating, Williams pursued a degree in Music Business at New York University, but eventually decided to dedicate himself fully to acting.

Williams quickly made a name for himself by landing several national commercials and voice-over roles. His film debut came alongside Kerry Washington in the critically acclaimed movie Lift. He then appeared in notable television shows, including Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and The Twilight Zone. In 2004, he gained further recognition for his recurring role in Third Watch and later starred in the ESPN series Tilt alongside Michael Madsen.

Relocating to Los Angeles in 2005, Williams continued to build his career with guest roles on popular series such as CSI and The Game. He also starred with Anthony Anderson in the independent film The Last Stand and played Connor Jordan in the fourth season of The Vampire Diaries. His significant breakthrough came in 2010 when he joined the USA Network series In Plain Sight for two seasons, culminating in his prominent role in The Chicago Code, which debuted on February 7, 2011.
