Ginger Lynn Allen
Ginger Lynn Allen was born on December 14, 1962, in Rockford, Illinois. In 1982, she traveled to California to visit her ailing grandfather but decided to stay, securing a job as a manager at a Musicland record store in Redlands. After living in a trailer in a challenging neighborhood for nearly a year, she responded to an advertisement for figure models, leading to immediate work and her first layout in Penthouse magazine.
Her foray into the adult film industry began in December 1983 and continued until February 1986, during which she starred in 69 films, along with numerous compilations and re-releases. Lynn chose to retire from adult films, citing a lack of enjoyment and minimal time off. In the same year, she was approached by the FBI to testify regarding Traci Lords, who was revealed to have been underage during her time in the adult industry. Lynn declined to cooperate and subsequently faced legal issues, including arrest for tax evasion.
Transitioning to mainstream cinema, she appeared in various films throughout the late 1980s and 1990s, most notably in the "Vice Academy" series and Metallica's music video "Turn the Page." In March 1996, she welcomed a son into the world. Lynn continues to perform, touring gentlemen's clubs nationwide, and made a comeback with VCA Pictures in 1999, featuring in films such as Torn (1999) and Taken (2005).
