Jason Wright Downs, born on September 8, 1973, in Columbia, Maryland, is a multifaceted American actor and singer with a career spanning over three decades. He is particularly celebrated for his role as Lenny in Guillermo Cienfuegos' acclaimed production of The Homecoming at PRT. A graduate of New York University’s prestigious Tisch School of the Arts, Downs has made significant contributions to both stage and screen.
His notable film credits include appearances in John Waters' cult classic Hairspray and the heartfelt drama Clara’s Heart, alongside Neil Patrick Harris.
