Hubert Noël (1924–1987) was a notable French actor recognized for his contributions to film and theater. He began his acting journey at the Cours Simon and made his stage debut alongside Charles Dullin in Molière's L'Avare. His theatrical career flourished as he joined esteemed venues such as the Centre Dramatique de l'Est, the Théâtre du Vieux-Colombier, and the Théâtre du Gymnase, where he shared the spotlight with acclaimed actresses like Marie Bell.

With a charming appearance, Noël often found himself cast in supporting roles in various films, portraying characters that were frequently troubled or self-absorbed, as well as capricious romantic interests. His filmography includes notable performances, such as Philippe de Nevers in André Hunebelle's 1959 film Le Bossu, and roles as the love interests of Danielle Darrieux in Julien Duvivier's Le Diable et les Dix Commandements (1962), Marina Vlady in Christian-Jaque's Les Bonnes Causes, and Dany Carrel in André Cayatte's Piège pour Cendrillon (1965). However, by the 1970s, his roles had diminished to smaller parts, including a bank clerk in Nicolas Gessner's La Petite Fille au bout du chemin (1976).

In addition to his acting, Noël carved out a niche in voice dubbing, providing the French voiceovers for well-known actors like Tony Curtis, Elvis Presley, and Gardner McKay in the television series Aventures dans les îles, which aired on Radiodiffusion-télévision française starting February 11, 1961.
