Julian Flynn
Julian Flynn is a Cuban American actor renowned for his compelling performances in film and television. He portrayed "El Tigre Viamonte" alongside acclaimed Venezuelan actor Edgar Ramirez in the 2019 international espionage thriller "Wasp Network," directed by Olivier Assayas, which is currently available on Netflix.
Born Jose Carlos Perez in Havana, Cuba, Julian's journey to the United States began when he and his family immigrated through Spain at the tender age of four, ultimately settling in Tampa, Florida.
After completing high school, Julian enlisted in the United States Army, serving in the 82nd Airborne Division as an airborne infantry paratrooper. Following an honorable discharge, he took advantage of educational benefits for veterans, which led him to explore his passion for acting.
His breakthrough came in 2010 with the film "Lying Right Here," where he played the lead role of Nico. The film premiered at the Sixth Annual Hollyshorts Film Festival, earning the Audience Choice Award, a testament to Flynn's remarkable talent.
Currently, Julian is co-writing and co-producing an action thriller titled "The Last Hit" with collaborator Joseph Armillas. The film is in pre-production and is set to begin principal photography in winter 2023, marking yet another exciting chapter in his burgeoning career.
