Diego Ward
Diego Ward hails from Atlanta, Georgia, and carries a rich heritage as the great-great-grandson of Charles James Ward, a co-founder of the esteemed Jamaican rum brand J. Wray & Nephew, renowned for its distillation and blending of rum in Jamaica. Growing up in a musically inclined family, he was deeply influenced by his father, Dexter Ward, a talented musician who was part of the iconic groups Midnight Starr and Climax. Tragically, Diego lost his father at the tender age of eight, prompting his aunt—who worked with music industry legends L.A. Reid and Kenny "BabyFace" Edmonds—to introduce him to modeling. By eight, he was already making a name for himself in print campaigns for prestigious brands like Saks Fifth Avenue and Rich's.
Diego pursued his passion for the performing arts at the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta, studying Acting and Theatre under the guidance of Kenny Leon. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing and is a multi-talented individual, proficient in various musical instruments, a certified audio engineer, and a black belt in Wing Chun. Additionally, he has trained in Boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Beyond his artistic endeavors, Diego is also celebrated for his equestrian skills and passion for motorcycling, showcasing a well-rounded and adventurous spirit.
