Courtney Baxter

Courtney Baxter hails from West Chester, Pennsylvania, and began her journey in the entertainment industry at the young age of 11 when she joined both the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA). This early start provided her with a wealth of experience that fueled her passion for various facets of film production. By the age of 16, she took on the dual roles of Executive Producer and lead actress in the drama "Reco," which garnered attention on the festival circuit.

At 18, Courtney continued to make her mark by Executive Producing and portraying the character Eve in the horror film "Hallow's Eve," which secured distribution through eOne in 2012, coinciding with her first year of college. Her dedication to her craft led her to an internship at Tribeca Films in 2013, where she collaborated closely with her mentor to develop, produce, and star in "Running on Empty," a feature that premiered in the United States in 2014.

In 2014, Courtney joined the cast of "Sharknado 2," embracing the opportunity to be part of the sequel to the cult phenomenon, which premiered on the SYFY channel on July 31, 2014.
