Oliver Cooper, born on December 2, 1989, in Toledo, Ohio, embarked on his acting journey at the young age of 19 when he relocated to Los Angeles in 2009. Shortly after his arrival, he secured an internship with CONAN, which provided him a foothold in the entertainment industry. While attending acting classes, a classmate informed him of an opportunity for Warner Brothers' Project X, produced by Todd Phillips. Lacking formal representation, Cooper enlisted the help of friend and former child star Shaun Weiss to land an audition. With Weiss's connections and a simple headshot captured on a cell phone, Cooper defied the odds and snagged a lead role as Costa in his first audition, earning two nominations at the MTV Movie Awards for Best Comedic Performance and Best On-Screen Dirtbag.

Building on his initial success, Oliver appeared in the film Runner Runner alongside stars Justin Timberlake and Ben Affleck, and he took on a recurring role in the acclaimed Showtime series Californication as Levon, the son of characters portrayed by David Duchovny and Heather Graham.

In 2013, he co-wrote and produced Four Dogs with collaborator Joe Burke, which premiered to critical acclaim at the Los Angeles Film Festival and is now available on Amazon Prime. He also developed a pilot for Comedy Central, The King of Chicago, alongside Cody Oz and producer Scott Stuber.

Oliver's notable roles continued with his portrayal of Wheeler in the Amazon series Red Oaks, produced by Steven Soderbergh, and in major films like Jason Reitman's The Front Runner. He also made a striking appearance as the notorious David Berkowitz in the Netflix series Mindhunter, showcasing his versatility as an actor.
