Lisa Joyce

Lisa Joyce, a talented actress hailing from Chicago, earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from DePaul University's Theater School. Her remarkable performance in Adam Rapp's "Red Light Winter" garnered her a Joseph Jefferson nomination. This acclaimed play began at the Steppenwolf Theater Company and went on to have an off-Broadway run, eventually becoming a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize.

Joyce made a memorable entrance into the West End and Broadway scene with the production of "La Bete," where she shared the stage with notable actors Mark Rylance and David Hyde Pierce. Additionally, she toured the country alongside Cherry Jones in the Tony Award-winning play "Doubt."

Her impressive off-Broadway portfolio features standout roles in Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron's cherished "Love, Loss and What I Wore," as well as in the critically acclaimed "The Ugly One," which earned her a Drama Desk nomination. She has graced the stages of prestigious venues such as The Public Theater, New York Theater Workshop, The Signature Theatre, and Classic Stage Company. Notably, her performance in "Blackbird" at The Studio Theater in Washington, D.C. earned her a Helen Hayes Award. Currently, Lisa Joyce is an esteemed member of the LAByrinth Theater Company, continuing to contribute to the vibrant landscape of American theater.
