Mauro Domenico Ranallo is a prominent Canadian sports commentator, celebrated for his dynamic play-by-play announcing. Currently, he lends his voice to Bellator, a leading organization in mixed martial arts (MMA), while also serving as a boxing announcer for Showtime. His career took off at the tender age of 16, and he is renowned for his theatrical announcing style, characterized by his extensive vocabulary, puns, and vivid metaphors. Over the years, Ranallo has showcased his talents across a diverse range of sports, including Canadian football, ice hockey, professional wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, and MMA.
